The Vivante
Time-Tested Systems for Success
Welcome to the Vivante Community and family training programs
We strive to establish models for “living it at home”: Who am I, who are you, who are we?
Formats for individual trainings may include some or all of the following depending on the needs of the community or family:
This is a general list of actively used and shared modalities: While this is a basic list of human systems that are currently used, modified and experimented with by Vivante, there are other teachings and modalities that inform a groups ability to develop skills to see ones self, see and hear others, and expand compassion for life and love. Experimenting with and altering the plethora of systems that are currently out in our world requires focus and long-term attention. Those whom have lived and are currently living at Vivante have all contributed to the successful assimilation for a bi-weekly format that created The Vivante Foundation:
* Vivante House format: a structured format used to guide group meetings
* Vivante Clearing process: Eight established and tested means to bring forth what is not being said between two or more people
* Drama triangle: a modality used for understanding how and why we choose to interact in our current society, a means that is currently pandemic, that results in victimizing, rescuing, and perpetrating both ourselves and those we love (Created by Stephen Karpman)
*Creative triangle: a modality used to enter into communication with self and others resulting in connection, creativity, and opening to life in a new way (The second face of the drama triangle: SK)
* ZEGG forum: a circle modality to support each individual participating to be self-expressed and heard both by self and others. A means to shed light onto what is both known and unknown by both the individual and the group (Created by the ZEGG community in Germany)
* Information IN: a means to receive information from those whom we live with about ourselves (Established from the combination of how to receive information from others; many models in the world to use and experiment with)
* Information OUT: a means to share information that may otherwise be considered “private” about ourselves (Established from the combination of how to give information to others; many models in the world to use and experiment with)
* NVC: or Non-voilent-communication: A means to separate what is from the story our minds create, a means to identify our feelings from our judgements, a means to identify our needs and what requests to make of ourselves or others (created by Mashall Rosenberg)
* The Johari Window: Used to see ones self and our relationship to others by understanding what we keep private, what everyone knows, what others know about us that we currently are unaware of, and what is currently not known in general (created by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham – 1916-1995)
Community Trainings
The Vivante trainings are gathered from the experiences of living with a group for over a decade during which specific outcomes for personal and group awareness have become apparent: to see “what is” has becomes possible. A possibility, with time and intention, anyone can learn and implement as a life practice.
Models that include and welcome all parts of your members: psychological, physical, intellectual, sexual, social, economic and spiritual, will begin to unfold as you enter the Vivante training program. These new discoveries and skills can be practiced as a group bringing about consequences some only dream might be possible.
We will help you uncover and document your discoveries while living with each other: “The way to peace is by knowing yourselves, a lifelong examined life.”
While the following lists are a part of what is possible, all training programs begin with a questionnaire. All programs are custom designed for each specific group based on the information gathered.
